Responsible for coordinating Group Strategic & Operative Workforce Planning activities while also leading the establishment of a People Analytics and digital HR practice at Group level.
Core responsibilities are to:
- Implement a Strategic Workforce Planning approach to understand in advance the future Group workforce needs in terms of skills and roles, to timely build HR action plans addressing the potential gaps and secure the execution capabilities of Generali 2021 business strategy
- Lead Group Workforce Planning, monitoring & reporting process to support achievement of financial targets and deliver operational excellence, by defining ambitions on Workforce Evolution (3y plan & yearly budget) ensuring alignment with Group Strategy
- Evolve Group capabilities on People Analytics by developing & fostering adoption of advanced analytics solutions to improve business performance through data-driven insights on workforce
- Complete roll-out of the first Group-wide cloud HRIS platform, integrating monthly data from 50+ local legacy HR systems and representing the unique Group HR data repository
